I work with individuals, leadership teams, and boards of directors, and have clients in and outside of the United States.
About one third of my work is executive coaching (usually six months and more), about one third is with leadership and start up teams, (for example team formation and leadership team building), and the last third is general advisory work with leadership teams and boards of directors.
My sweet spot for individuals is senior leaders, and people transitioning to senior leadership roles. For organizations I typically work with startup team, leadership teams, and boards of directors.
Most of my work is project based (e.g. executive coaching or team building) or on a general retainer basis for advisory work. I don’t consult by the hour though I’m usually up for a pro bono coffee if someone would like to pick my brain. I do pro bono work from time to time for organizations for which I feel a personal connection and are consistent with my personal mission as being a force for good.
I will not be the cheapest person with whom to work (unless it’s pro bono work) – I will be one of the most effective with whom you can work. To crib a phase, you usually get what you pay for.
